Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Buc has a maroonish color for both his tail and mane. His tail simply hangs behind him, floating down a few inches above his back hooves. His mane flows down the back of his neck while the front of it also goes down the sides of his head. It wraps itself around his head, with the ends meeting on his chin, forming a beard and mutton-chops of sorts.

Eye Color: Buc has yellow eyes

Cutie Mark: A Skull and Crossbones. Buc earned his cutie mark when he went on his first "treasure hunt" for "buried treasure." In actuality, he had used a map of Fillydelphia to find a barrel of candy at the candy store. Heavily entertained and as happy as can be, the cutie mark came in.

Physique: Buc's head is long and sturdy, and his legs are built strong to hold up the weight of their owner. However, his body isn't what it used to be. It's big and round with a noticeable belly appearing below him. Buc also has a small, lightning shaped scar under his left eye.

Character Summary: Buc was originally born in Cloudsdale. However, his family soon moved out to live in Fillydelphia. While Buc never fully learned of the reason, he remembers something about "the rainbow factory's wages" or something along those lines. Anyway, while there, Buc grew a fascination over the tales of "Pirate Ponies" who sailed the seas looking for treasure and other forms of reward. Buc often found himself at Sandtrot Beach imagining himself as a pirate. When Buc grew old enough, he left his parents and set off to become what he loved the most. After a rough start in Beekbreak City and Appleloosa, Buc found himself at Coralwood Corral. Surrounding itself by the sea, Buc sought his life building a boat. When the day came his boat was finished, Buc was ready to be a pirate. He sailed for days, but didn't find anything piraty in the least. He returned to Coralwood and set up shop there. One day, when he was off to try again, some travelers from Ponyville needed some help returning. Buc told them he would be glad to help, but his boat did not run on land. That gave Buc an idea. He modified his boat so that it ran on water and land. So, using his new boat, Buc gave the travelers a ride back to Ponyville, boat and all. Since then, Buc has made a business off being a boat taxi. Admission is free and he only appreciates the thank you's as payment. In order to sustain a living and earn his money, once a week, Buc searches for jewels in the mountainous regions of Equestria. He finds the said diamonds with the help of a unicorn friend of his who is stationed on Gallopocous Island. He then sells the jewels to those who collect them, often making enough for the entire week's travels. Currently, Buc travels the land of Equestria, helping every pony out when needed. Although, there are times when he returns to Coralwood Corral to restock and meet old friends.

As for Buc's personality, he's very kind and appreciative to all ponies at first glance. He welcomes them aboard and offers them guidance, should they need it. However, if a pony is rude to him or ingrateful for the ride, Buc does not appreciate the pony, and instead sends them packing. But in general, Buc is a nice pony and likes to offer assistance to anybody who needs it. As a pegasus, once a year, Buc will fly up to Cloudsdale and see the sights, just to see if anything's changed. But otherwise, Buc prefers the safety and comfort of the land and sea. He'll eat anything, but really likes sushi and cupcakes, in fact, he'll eat anything fish or sugar, but has been known to chow down on the general grass and hay. The only things Buc can't stand, besides rude people, are apples, finding them too "fruity" for his taste, and owls, whom he finds annoying, as they always ask "Who?".
