weesh
Important events are designed into the stained glass window we have seen thus far. What happens when faced with a new event to commemorate?1) An old event is removed?2) A placeholder window is replaced?3) A new window is added? Somehow. I'm not terribly happy with any of these. Any thoughts?
Linkhopper
Its likely that Celestia creates a new window for each event.
Rabukurafuto
Celestia's magic just makes a new window, I suppose. I like the idea that there are potentially an infinite number of windows so that all major historical events will be immortalized.
Bellosh
Maybe the royal palace has a whole load of generic stained-glass windows that can be replaced as necessary?
abc
i always thought of it as an infinite hallway, able to be expanded when needed for a new window.
Lerian
How much history was lost when the Moon palace fell? Look at all those empty frames in S1E2.
Ginger Mint
hi hiPerhaps they rotate through them every once in a while, just to liven things up? Maybe Celestia pulls the relevant ones out of storage when she needs to ponder one thing or another, because they help keep her focused on the issue at hoof? (Its easier to think when pacing back and forth in front of appropriate imagery.)
Cadabra
Maybe they are stored in a section of the library.
Bellosh
Or maybe the stained-glass windows themselves can be magically transformed to form any picture at will?
elsporko
Celestia just tells people she raises the sun. The sun rises on its own. Her real power is making stain glass windows.

ustinodj
Theres a magic door leading to a magic hallway being powered with enough magics to hold a window of every frame and point of time, even in the alternate universes and the future, having so many windows every time time is re-written the window explodes revealing the new one, in case of a paradox, the magic door has a self destruct button that if pushed the whole hallway is sent to the un ending hole in space-time fabric that is re-opened just to be closed again. This concludes my theory.
