I'm making my master set of thieving apparel, AKA carry weight + sneaking enchantment, AKA Gray Fox set...

But I don't know what to use for the Boots and Arm piece.

Snazzy looking gloves and fancy boots from shop?

Practical leather armor pieces?

(Both of which will take away my +25% Heavy Armor rating [about 200 points])

OR should I use heavy armor pieces and retain the bonus at the cost of hauling around about 20 extra pounds?
