I know more about this, but I feel like this might be common knowledge º^ºParkour is the original form of free running, it was originally created by a french man who went to african only to return and find that the conditions have increased his state of physical health by a large margin. He soon after invented parkour I beleive as a way for medics to get to wounded officers quicker but I haven't read up on it in a long time.ANyway, its properly one of the most dangerous sports. Especially when you get to proffesional levels. Link to comment
